For businesses

Parcel management software built for the Europe–West Africa corridor

Conventional freight software ignores how this corridor actually works: collection at a kiosk, WhatsApp notifications, local currencies, sea-freight consolidation. LinkAF is built around those constraints, because it is our daily business.

Who LinkAF is for

If you move parcels or money between Europe and West Africa, part of your operation probably still runs on paper, WhatsApp and spreadsheets.

Freight agencies and GP operators

You collect parcels in Europe and ship them to Africa. LinkAF replaces the notebook and the spreadsheet with tracking your customers check themselves.

Kiosks and drop-off points

You take parcels in and hand shipments over. A plain interface that works on a phone, with no lengthy training.

Multi-country networks

You coordinate several drop-off points across several countries. Roles, permissions and one consolidated view of the network.

What the platform covers

Everything described below is in production and used daily by our partner operators.

Parcels and labels

Register a shipment in a handful of fields, generate the tracking number and print the label — including from a phone.

Tracking and notifications

Every status change sends the recipient a WhatsApp and SMS notification. The calls asking where a parcel is stop coming.

Containers and consolidation

Group parcels into containers, follow departure and arrival, and move a whole load forward in one operation.

Money transfer

Send money with a secure pickup code, identity verification at the counter and support for local currencies.

Multiple kiosks and roles

Administrator, kiosk manager, agent: each role sees only its own scope, across as many drop-off points as needed.

Reporting

Volumes, statuses, activity per kiosk and per period — enough to steer the network without re-keying data.

Why generic software falls short here

International freight tools assume door-to-door delivery in Europe or North America. On the Europe–West Africa corridor, four realities change everything:

  • Collection happens at a kiosk, not at home. The data model needs a pickup point, a code and identity verification.
  • Communication runs over WhatsApp, not email. An email notification simply does not reach the recipient.
  • Local currencies matter: Guinean franc, West and Central African CFA franc, cedi, naira — at a rate the operator sets and the sender sees before confirming.
  • Sea-freight consolidation coexists with air freight, with very different transit times. Tracking has to stay readable for both.

Frequently asked questions

Does anything need to be installed?

No. LinkAF runs in the browser, on desktop and on mobile. Your agents install nothing.

Do my customers need an account?

No. Public tracking works with the tracking number alone, without signing up. An account is only needed on the operator side.

Can I manage several countries and kiosks?

Yes. The platform is designed for networks spread across several countries, with per-kiosk role management.

Where is the data hosted?

Data is hosted in Europe and processing is GDPR-compliant. LinkAF is published by Afrilink Digital Group SAS, a French company.

How does onboarding work?
