Search the kiosk directory for a LinkAF partner in your city. Some partners also offer home pickup.
The partner weighs and registers your shipment, agrees the shipping method and price with you, and gives you your tracking number.
With your tracking number you can check the status at any time — from drop-off to collection in Guinea. Recipients are notified by SMS and WhatsApp.
Delivery time depends on the shipping method your partner chooses:
Air freight — usually 3 to 7 days. Suitable for urgent or lightweight shipments.
Sea freight — roughly 30 to 60 days. Considerably cheaper, sensible for large or heavy parcels.
Shipping costs are set by each GP operator — usually by weight (price per kilogram) and shipping method. There is therefore no single fixed price: ask a partner near you for a quote before dropping off. Using LinkAF itself — tracking, notifications, kiosk search — is free for you.
Which collection points are available depends on the GP operator you choose. Common destinations include Conakry, Kankan, Labé, Nzérékoré, Kindia and Boké. Check the kiosk directory for currently available collection points.
Enter your tracking number on the LinkAF home page. Tracking numbers to Guinea end in -GN, for example FR-0001-012345-GN. You then see the full timestamped history through to collection.
No. You need no account to drop off or to track. Tracking is free and available without signing up.
Your recipient is notified automatically by SMS and WhatsApp at every status change, including when the parcel is ready for collection.
Contact the GP operator you dropped the parcel off with — they are responsible for the shipment. LinkAF provides the tracking technology and helps locate the parcel.
Yes. Many LinkAF partners also offer money transfer. The recipient gets a secure pickup code by WhatsApp and collects the amount at the partner kiosk — no bank account needed.
