Parcel tracking between Europe and Africa

Enter your tracking number and see where your shipment stands at any time: intake at the origin kiosk, dispatch, availability for collection. Tracking is free and requires no sign-up.

How to track your parcel

1

Have your number ready

You receive the number at drop-off. It looks like FR-0001-012345-GN: origin country, operator, number and destination country.

2

Enter it online

Enter the number on the home page together with the last five digits of the recipient phone number, to protect your data.

3

Follow the steps

You see the full timestamped history, through to collection by your recipient.

What do the statuses mean?

A shipment goes through four steps: intake at the origin kiosk, dispatch, availability at the collection point, and finally collection. While the parcel is travelling it stays at "Shipped" — normal even on a sea route lasting several weeks.

Tracking by destination country

Transit times and collection points differ by destination:

I did not receive a tracking number

The number is issued by the operator at drop-off. If it is missing, contact the drop-off point where the parcel was handed over.

My status has not changed for days

That is common on sea freight, where a crossing takes 30 to 60 days with no intermediate steps. If in doubt, your operator can tell you where the load currently is.

Is tracking free?

Yes. Tracking is free, open to everyone and needs no account.
